Shipping, Pricing, and Refund Policy

We use standard USPS and UPS shipping. Because many products are handcrafted for superior quality, please expect 3-4 weeks for delivery.

There is a $10.00 per item shipping and handling fee applied to each non-book item purchased. If you purchase more than one of the same non-book item in the same order, a $5.00 S&H fee is applied for each additional item purchased in the same order.

A $5.00 per item shipping and handling fee is applied to the first By Aisha item purchased. If you purchase more than one of the same By Aisha item in the same order, a $2.00 S&H fee is applied for each additional By Aisha item purchased in the same order.  

A $3.00 shipping and handling fee applied to the first book item purchased. If you purchase more than one of the same book item in the same order, a .99¢ S&H fee is applied for each additional book purchased in the same order.

All prices and fees listed at the point of transaction (i.e., purchase) are valid for that transaction only. Prices and fees are subject to change without notice.

Because of the type of items we sell and their intended uses, all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. We package all items in a way that minimizes the likelihood of damage during shipping. We expect that you will receive an item that is of good quality and meets your satisfaction.
