Relationship Coaching - Are you experiencing difficulties in your relationship that require some help or assistance from a compassionate professional? Or maybe you want to take your relationship to a new level such as a commitment ceremony, matrimony, or co-habitation? We provide individual, couple, and group (in cases of polyandry/polyamory) coaching services on a short-term basis. We help you to assess the situation from a holistic perspective, develop creative and feasible strategies, improve communication skills/processes, and adjust existing plans to meet the emerging challenges. Program Design/Evaluation and Organization Development - Do you have a program evaluation that you need conducted for a sexuality-related program? Are you looking to design a culturally-competent program for people of color and/or LGBT folks? Does your organization need help in dealing with the challenges of gender and/or sexual diversity? We provide program evaluation/design services for programs that are sexuality-specific. We also provide various forms of technical assistance to organizations that need support in responding to the challenges of gender and/or sexual diversity among staff, managers, and clients/consumers.
